Customer ID (
account number) and password are entered correctly. The
Customer ID is a unique identifier assigned to your account at the time of registration and is also sent to you by email after your account is created. In most cases, this issue occurs because new players attempt to log in using their email address instead of their
Customer ID.
Other possible reasons you may be unable to log in include:
• You previously had an existing account. Multiple accounts are not permitted, and any additional accounts may be closed automatically.
• Your location is within a jurisdiction that is not currently supported by our services.
